workplace flexibility for employees around schedule,
hours at the workplace,
working from home,
encourage employees to attend school events with their children,
presentations to staff at work through human resources utilizing Family Advocates,
literacy programs,
on-site child care,
subsidized child care as benefit for employees,
public awareness information with school children delivering the message,
more research related to women with small children and what works best.
