Responsible for assuring that the assigned regional office staff meets the goals of the IdahoSTARS program. Provides daily on-site supervision of regional office staff, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures, and providing oversight of the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) and the IdahoSTARS Professional Development System (PDS) activities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in related field with coursework in child development PLUS Minimum of two years successful experience in the field of early care and education, or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience totaling at least six years. Enrollment in the IdahoSTARS Registry and completion of Mentoring Training are desired. $16.00-$18.62/hr, $33,280.00-$39,729.60/yr.
