Adrian serves as the Director of Family and Community Engagement at Idaho AEYC. In this role, she oversees statewide initiatives that strengthen parent and community involvement in early learning, including the You’ve Got This! parent empowerment campaign and the highly regarded READY! for Kindergarten program.

A passionate advocate for families, Adrian believes every parent is their child’s first and most important teacher. She is committed to ensuring that all parents feel empowered with the tools, confidence, and knowledge they need to help their children thrive—laying the foundation for success in school and in life.

Adrian holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Western Oregon University.
