Katie has spent the last 15 years working in both private centers and public schools in Washington state and Idaho. She has developed trainings for paraprofessionals and substitutes addressing professionalism in Early Childhood and strives to raise the standards for Early Childhood Education in Idaho. Katie received her blended certificate in Early Childhood Education (birth to Grade 3) and Special Education (K-12) from Boise State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education with a Graduate Certificate in Behavioral Intervention. She currently runs the developmental preschool program for the Middleton School District.
